very well done painting, what you could work on is trying to incorporate some distortion of the sky behind the hourglass, and also, i feel that the skull's lower jaw feels out of place, thus slightly taking away from the work as a whole. but the rest of the skull is very well done, and placement of the hourglass gave for movement around the whole piece. overall a great job :)
